How To Keep Your Cool In Uncool Times - Few Techniques To Keep An Active Lady Healthy & Productive While WFH.

Hey Lady,
How are you doing? It's been a rather crazy couple of weeks here in NYC!
As an entrepreneur, I spend quite a lot of time working from home and developed a few techniques that help me stay healthy and productive. Today, I want to share with you 3 that are very effective mood and immune system boosters for me:
1. Work out at home.
 I know, that's a no-brainer but still, sometimes it's so easy to lose motivation if we can't do it in groups, outside or both. Make it easy for yourself to stay active. For example, I love my doorway pull up bar and use it few times a day when I pass by it. It's also important to designate a specific time for exercise every day and to put it on your calendar so that you can be reminded and hold yourself accountable.

2. Listen to uplifting music.
Now we all have different tastes but check out this playlist I put together over the last year and keep adding to it:). It gets me in a great mood whether I am going on a surf trip (not any time soon), organizing my closet, cooking or taking a shower:
Speaking of showers:
3. Finish your shower with a 15 seconds cold shower.
Experts agree, although not pleasant at first- they do wonder for your mood, productivity, and immune system. You should introduce them gradually and work your way up to at least 15 seconds. You can read more about it here from The Iceman Wim Hof himself:
